Returns & Exchanges
ShopEve.com accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags attached. Returns must be returned within ten days of receipt. You MUST contact Shop Eve before returning ANY merchandise for ANY reason.
All sale items are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged. No returns on any undergarments or undergarment accessories (including Spanx).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ShopEve.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any reason.
Returns are accepted at the Shop Eve store for in-store credit only.
ShopEve.com will not accept returns for special orders.
You MUST contact Shop Eve before returning ANY merchandise for ANY reason, and must return through an insured, trackable carrier. Shop Eve, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
An email notification will be sent to you upon receipt of your return to Shop Eve.
In the event that a refund should be issued, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment within ten business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ShopEve.com)

Shipping & Handling
All orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours (holidays excluded) pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.
ShopEve.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
ShopEve.com does not offer international shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from ShopEve.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandis refund.
Sales Tax
Items shipped within the state of Georgia will be charged a sales tax rate of 7%.
Our Privacy Statement
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "View Shopping Cart" button at the upper-right corner of your screen.
